Missed or Damaged Goods: If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit once they have been dispatched.
Workshop Cancellation: In the event that we need to cancel a workshop, we will notify participants as soon as possible and provide a full refund or offer the option to reschedule. The Paper Primrose is not liable for any travel plans or accommodation costs which may be affected by a cancelled event.
Missed Workshops: If you are unable to attend a workshop, please contact us at least 14 days before the scheduled date to receive a full refund. Within 14 days, refunds or credit towards future workshops will be provided at our discretion, depending on the circumstances. You are able to transfer your booking to another person upon notifying The Paper Primrose.
Custom Orders: As all flowers at The Paper Primrose are hand made to order, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Payment for custom orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. Please note that there will be variations in each flower as they are all handmade and can look slightly different than the pictured product. We endeavour to create similar flowers to the ones pictured, but like in nature, each flower is unique.
